Delivery

Delivery costs depend on the delivery method and product chosen by the Buyer. The available shipping methods for yarn advent calendars are:

• Using OMNIVA parcels for delivery in Latvia and the Baltic States.
• Using DHL express courier for delivery outside the Baltic States. 

Terms of delivery of goods

The seller delivers the order to the buyer according to the method of delivery chosen by the buyer;

• The buyer must provide an exact shipping address. If the address is incorrect or inaccurate, the delivery time may be extended. Be sure to enter the correct phone number.
• If the Buyer wants to change the delivery address, he must coordinate it with the Seller.
• In cases where the product is not in the Seller's warehouse, but the Seller has received payment for the order in his bank account, the Seller contacts the Buyer within 1 working day to agree on the exchange of goods or the return of money.
• In cases where the delivery is delayed, the Seller immediately informs the Buyer about the delay in the delivery of the order.
• The seller does not take responsibility for the delay in the delivery of the goods, which is related to the delay of the delivery service provider chosen by the Buyer.
• The product can be received on-site at Maruma's office - Riga, Liepājas Street 9, LV-1002, Riga, Latvia, by prior arrangement.
